Exposure Marketing, Inc. ("Exposure") is a company which helps other businesses operate sweepstakes, contests and promotions ("Promotions"). In addition, Exposure occasionally runs its own Promotions. Such Promotions gather personally identifiable information from those individuals who choose to enter a particular Promotion. Exposure takes its privacy obligations both to its clients and to people who enter its Promotions very seriously. Exposure adheres to the Safe Harbor Principals as established by the European Commission and the United States Department of Commerce.

Exposure is providing this Privacy Policy to explain and outline our treatment of the personally identifiable information we collect on the behalf of our clients ("Client Promotions") and for our own use ("ESweeps").

Client Promotions: As a full service promotions and sweepstakes agency, Exposure operates Promotions on behalf of its clients. As part of those services, Exposure collects personally identifiable information for its clients via online, Exposure mailboxes and other offline entry points. Exposure collects such personally identifiable information solely for the use of its clients and the operation of the Promotion. Exposure does not use any of the data collected itself, other than to notify potential winners and for prize fulfillment purposes in connection with a Promotion. Exposure does not consolidate data across Promotions, does not maintain data beyond the conclusion of client Promotions (other than for back-up purposes on its client's behalf), and does not "monetize" data collected on behalf of its clients in any manner whatsoever. Exposure strictly limits access to all personally identifiable information within its organization and data is never shared outside of the company for any reason whatsoever (with, of course, the exception of appropriate governmental or legal requests). Personally identifiable information collected from different client Promotions is never mingled nor shared with anyone other than the client on whose behalf the information was collected. Personally identifiable information collected by Exposure on behalf of a client belongs solely to the client and will be used solely in accordance with that particular client's privacy policy. An individual's desire to "opt-out" of receiving marketing or other information from a client will be handled in accordance with a particular client's privacy policy. Exposure requires its clients to use the data which Exposure collects on its behalf in accordance with generally accepted privacy standards for both offline and online data, which includes an "opt-out" method for individuals who have provided personally identifiable information. Ultimately, however, Exposure is not responsible for data collected on behalf of its clients when such data is in its client's possession.

Exposure Marketing, Inc. Promotions ("ESweeps"): Exposure also runs Promotions on its own behalf ("ESweeps"). Such Promotions are to generate interest from other businesses in Exposure's products and services. Exposure uses the personally identifiable information collected in such Promotions as sales leads and may contact the individual registrants by email, mail or phone to discuss the registrant's interest in retaining Exposure. Exposure will never sell such information, share it with another business or use it for any purpose other than marketing Exposure's own, core business. If you wish to "opt-out" of being contacted by Exposure after you have participated in one of its Promotions, or you wish to correct the information you have provided to Exposure, you may do so in one of two (2) ways:

• Send email to remove@emipromo.com. In the Subject Line of the email, you must write the name of the promotion from which you wish to opt-out.
• Call 1-877-377-7710, ext 10 and ask to speak to Amy Rectenwal.

The Exposure Marketing, Inc. website (www.emipromo.com) may also collect non-personal information from our online visitors (such as the type of browser, operating system, etc.). The non-personal information we collect enables us to track the total number of visitors to our site in an aggregate form, and helps us improve and update our site. Exposure does not sell, rent, individually post online, or otherwise disclose any individual non-personal or personal information to any unauthorized third parties.

Changes to This Privacy Policy or Personal Information

We may at any time revise these terms and conditions of our Privacy Policy by updating this posting and may also make changes to the content or any links at anytime. Users of our Site are bound by any revisions and should therefore periodically visit this page to review the terms and conditions.

Consent To This Privacy Policy

By using the Exposure site, visitors signify their awareness of, and acceptance of this Privacy Policy. If a visitor does not agree with any term, he/she should not use the Exposure site or submit any personally identifiable information.
